To resist corrosion and dents. the True STA1H-1S Spec Series mobile heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum. and its walls are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation. To keep baked and cooked food warm. this unit has a stainless steel heating element that evenly heats the interior. Low-velocity fans blow the warm air around throughout the cabinet. while a manually operated vent on top of the unit can be opened to control humidity. This unit maintains temperatures of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The True STA1H-1S mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel door that stays open past 120 degrees to simplify loading and unloading. When opened to less than 120 degrees. the door closes on its own. and a metal handle is welded to the door for a comfortable grip. Bolt locks minimize theft and protect the contents. Magnetic gaskets snap into the door frame and can be removed without tools to trap warm air. while three PVC-coated wire shelves support product inside. To move the unit. 5-inch-diameter castors are in place. the front set locking for a stable workspace.
