This True STA2H-4HG Spec Series reach-in mobile heated cabinet is designed to hold pre-cooked and baked food at serving temperatures. It is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion and dents. and its walls are insulated with polyurethane foam to keep the inside at a set temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. which is shown on the outside in Fahrenheit or Celsius. To generate and distribute heat throughout the cabinet. this unit uses one stainless steel heating element and low-velocity fans.

This True STA2H-4HG heated holding cabinet has four half doors that are made of low-e. double-pane glass. which offers product visibility without losing warm air from frequent opening. Eight cam-lift hinges securely attach the doors to the cabinet. and all the doors can stay open past 120 degrees to help with loading and unloading. To conserve energy. the doors close on their own when they are opened less than 120 degrees. Magnetic gaskets in the door frames prevent warm air from seeping out.
