The Wire Cooling Tray is a chrome plated rack which can be used to allow food straight from the oven to cool. The lattice design allows for air to circulate underneath and around the base of the food whilst cooling. This cooling tray is great for use in any kitchen but particularly among bakers making baked treats on a daily basis!
