Using two stainless steel heating elements. the interior stays between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-velocity fans evenly circulate warm air and a top vent can be adjusted to control the humidity level.

This True STG1HRI89-1S roll-in one-section holding cabinet has a stainless steel door with a metal handle that provides a sturdy grip when opening.
